Weird Random Picture?

In my front yard and driveway its sand cus i live in the middle of the woodz..and we've found like toys and random stuff that surface to the top...so what....but now....thiers a random picture in perfect condition..of a random kid in a baseball uniform, with his bat in batting position like hes about to swing...smile on his face. How long can pictures servive outside? This is super freaky

does the picture look modern like modern uniform and bat modern picture... what does the picture quality look like???

that is freaky no doubt... u can date the picture by looking at the quality of it!

But if toys suddenly come up and then a picture, thats weird!
Has there been rain or to the effect of it, snow? Rain, sleet anyting.. that would make it surface?

How do I use this wooden toy?

It consists of three wooden parts, and a string tied in a loop. The three parts are:
1) a disk-like piece (3 inch diameter), with two holes near the center about a half-inch apart for the string.
2+3) Two handle looking pieces, each with a small hole through the side for the string.

The string goes through one handle, then one of the holes in the disk, then the other handle, then the other hole in the disk, and is tied in a loop.

is it like buttons on a loop? if it is could be little kids toy for motor skills putting the sting thru the holes.
