NO!! kid rocks parents are from Detroit. Hank Jr has a son who has real talent his name is Shelton Williams (hank 3)...and this is what he has to say in one of his songs

I was in the Village & wandering one day. A friend & I we're checking out tattoo parlors. There was one on one of the major streets that I want to find. The artist had articles from magazines & newspapers of his work on Kid Rock. Anybody know who this is & where the shop is?
I don't have the magazine. The article was posted in the shop itself. & I know Kid Rock isn't a tattoo artist, I'm looking for the guy that did some of his tats.

"Kid Rock" is a hip hop, country, and rock star. married to Pam Anderson... he has a lot of tattoos, but he, himself is not a tattoo artist, and I don't think he actually has a "tattoo shop".
