iPad interactive books for kids?

Well, as they say, we're approaching the next Holiday Season. As a father and Santa in the same time I have to buy double amount of gifts for my daughter. I'm trying to do it in a smart way and buy not only stuff she will appreciate but something that will be useful for her as well. She loves to play on the iPad I bought this summer and I think she will appreciate me reading iPad books to her. I'm thinking about these 6, here is the link to the first one - http://itunes.apple.com/us/app/the-three-little-pigs-interactive/id407759020?mt=8, the rest 5 is on the left in the column. What do you think? Do you read your kids stuff like that? I would appreciate your input and help to make up my mind :-)

comb , lip gloss , clips or headbands , nail polish...etc

small set of coloring pencils , paintbrush w/ different sizes ...

kid who likes music:
CD album of her fave band?

Kid on the boyish side:
beyblade , bakugan... (pfft... lol)

or maybe she would like spy gear toys o.O
