Try rope toys. I suggest making your own rope toys so you can use thicker and tougher rope, and just tie a bunch if knots into a rope for him to chew. You could also get him Kong toys. They are made of har rubber, and you can stuff the toys with treats to keep him busy for hours on end! My pup has strong jaws and teeth, so she has a Kong Extreme which is the toughest kind of Kong toy. Hope I helped!
