funny pranks for Halloween?

Q. There are these 3 kids about 1-2 years younger than me. I am 14 and they live on the street next to mine. They ride on my street with their bikes and annoy me on purpose for no reason. And they sag, talk urban, listen to rap and stuff, which is also annoying. One day while they were riding down my street and rode by my house, (They didn't see me) I overheard them making plans to come in my neighborhood for Halloween specifically saying they each weren't going to trick or treat. So I would like some legal ideas to wait on them and prank them. Does anyone have good ideas?

hi im 15 and my sister's husband always keeps annoying me. He makes fun of me everyday and when i make fun of him he gets upset. He sometimes embarrasses me infront of other people and infront of my friends he even made fun of my friends and me one he first met them and they dislike him. hetook embarrassing video of me yesterday and wouldn't delete it and today he scared me so much by telling me that a had a bug in my hair cuz he knows i am terrified of them and i started screaming. and now i am reallly reallly realllly mad!!! i tried telling him before to stop annoying me but he would just tell me he is kidding and he would stop then the next time i see him it starts all over again. so does anyone have any plans, pranks, or ideas for revenge or maybe some ideas for blackmailing?? not something that would physically injure him, but a good revenge so he would know that i can stand up for myself and i am strong and not a baby loser. plz answer asap before he gets home!!
