if you want to start a line of adult toys the market is already saturated in these products and the big brands have it sewn up. Unless you have a new idea for a sex toy then you will want to design, get it patented and then find somewhere other than China to manufacture.
Why no China? well if you are a small fish and get your idea manufactured in China as it's cheaper you will find a load of low cost copies on the market in no time. Also the quality will be crap unless you can afford to stay in China and make sure you are present in every aspect of its manufacture and continue to do so.

Or you can start your own, many online adult shops have a dropship/party plan service you can sign up for.
