yea im sorry, im stupid, but please answer seriously. thanks
what is beef? what for? eatable? milk?
how about cattle? is it milk cow? is that eatable?
what about cow? is it a milk cow too? eatable?
i am very sorry, since primary school, i only learn what is COW. i never learn about what is cattle and what is beef.
so those in diary farm or milk farm? what (cow/cattle/beef) do they use? is that eatable?
so how about those who raise livestock to sell the meat? is that cow? or beef? or cattle? can it produce milk?
Answer
Cow - an animal hearded primarily for their milk and meat
Beef - the meat harvested from the cow
Milk - well, just that, its cow milk
Cattle - term for multiple cows
Livestock - another term for multiple cows
Dairy cows are milked and are not used for beef
there are many different types of cows harvested for their meat, Kobe (in my opinion) being the best. Here in america, the conditions at most slaughterhouses (the facilities in which cows are butchered for their meat) are attricious. But kobe beef is grass fed, massaged daily, fed beer and kept relaxed their whole life, this makes for leaner, more tender meat.
hope this clears it up

Answer
I think you might be talking about the fact that ground beef is just all the meat left over & ground I don't know that it is 1000 cows but if you are concerned about fresh ground beef, when you go to the grocery store you can get a roast (on sale if possible) & ask the butcher to grind that roast for you & that should have no problem.
